Bruce Avenue Murder Case Pushed

Richard Scott Raymond's defense lawyer is waiting for more evidence to be disclosed before proceeding with his case.

The 26-year-old is accused of killing a 49-year-old woman in a Bruce Ave. apartment about two weeks ago.

He will appear back in a Windsor court on March 17.

A somewhat nonchalant Raymond appeared by video in court this morning, asking if he will be granted bail. The Crown says that his bail hearing is expected to take place in Superior Court after the March 17 proceedings.
