OPP Investigate Suspicious Death

The Ontario Provincial Police is investigating the death of a man on Centennial Dr. in Tecumseh.

Police say they received a call from a house on Centennial Dr. around 2:44pm Thursday. When they arrived, they found the body of a man.

Police haven't released the victim's name or the circumstances of his death, but the Essex County OPP Crime Unit is investigating. Constable Stephanie Moniz could not confirm if anyone else was in the home at the time or the age of the victim.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
