The Ontario Provincial Police was called to the arena around 9pm on March 28, when a fight between two parents broke out in the front lobby. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Both men had children who had just finished a hockey game.
Police say David Cassidy will appear in a Windsor court May 12. Cassidy is the financial secretary for Unifor Local 444.
