Search For Gum Chewing Thief

It seems somebody in Kingsville has a real hankering for some chewing gum.

The Ontario Provincial Police needs the public's help after someone stole 235 packs of gum from the Bargain Shop on Division Rd. N. The brands include Juicy Fruit, Stride, Excel, Wrigley, Trident and Dentyne, worth $800 in total.

Police believe it happened sometime between March 23 and 25.

Anyone with information can call the Kingsville OPP Detachment at 519-733-2345. Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
