Bar Disturbance Ends With Charges

When provincial police arrived at an uptown Leamington bar, they say a man was swinging a pool cue and threatening one of the owners.

It happened early Saturday morning at a bar on Talbot St. W.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged with uttering threats, theft and mischief.

No one was injured.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
