Coyote Warning In Amherstburg

Amherstburg police are warning those with small pets to be aware of local coyotes.

Early Wednesday morning, residents in the County Rd. 10 and Concession Rd. 2 N. area let their small dog out into their backyard where it was attacked and dragged away by a coyote.

Officers are asking that all pet owners take extra care when letting your pet outside.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
