Windsor police received information from the RCMP on Wednesday, that a local suspect had been streaming video of children engaging in sexual activity.
Officers were able to identify where the suspect was located, in the 500-block of Partington Ave., and moved in to make the arrest.
The accused is charged with making child pornography available, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
