Canadian Tire Break-In Video Released

Police in Windsor have released surveillance video of two suspects who stole firearms from the Canadian Tire on Tecumseh Rd. W at Huron Church Rd.

Officers responded to the break-in around 5am Thursday April 16 after the suspects broke in through a door in the auto garage area. The video shows the two men running for the firearms display where they broke into a cabinet containing several long guns.

Both men are white. One was wearing a light-coloured hoodie while the second was wearing a dark-coloured hoodie.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
