In each case, police say a man allegedly left the store with groceries without paying for them. Each time security caught up with him outside the store and tried to arrest him, but the man took off leaving the cart full of stolen groceries behind.

Anyone with information can call Windsor police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4305 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 (TIPS). Tips can also be submitted on Facebook and at www.catchcrooks.com.
