According to the latest report from the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors, 582 properties were sold last month compared to 463 in April 2014.
The average sale price year-over-year also jumped over $9,000 to $199,586.
Bungalows and raised ranches proved to be the most popular style of home sold this month, accounting for half of the 582 properties sold.
