Gas Leak On Ouellette Avenue

Union Gas is repairing a gas line in the 1500-block of Ouellette Ave. in Windsor this afternoon, after it was struck by an excavator at a demolition site.

Windsor fire says about a dozen residents in a neighbouring apartment building had to be moved to a safe area while the repair was made, but they've since returned.

No one was hurt in the incident.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
