Police believe the collision was caused due to a medical emergency shortly after 9pm Tuesday night. For that reason, they say it doesn't appear any charges will be laid.
Police say the person in the vehicle that flipped is in stable condition.
The westbound lanes of Tecumseh were closed for a few hours, but have since reopened.
