Police Lay Child Porn Charges

Windsor police are charging three men with child porn-related offences.

A local scout leader is charged with luring someone under 16 years old. The 19-year-old from Windsor was arrested on May 22 in the 3400-block of Riverside Dr. E.

Police arrested a 32-year-old man from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin as he tried to enter Canada at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel. He was sent to secondary inspection where police say border officers allegedly found pictures of child sexual abuse on the man's electronic devices.

The American is charged with accessing and possessing child porn.

Also charged is a 21-year-old Windsor man. He's facing two counts each of accessing and possessing child porn. He was arrested on May 28.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
