Feeling Like A Million Bucks

Windsor has a new millionaire, as a local man claims a big prize playing Lotto Max.

Kevin Reid won $1-million through Encore, saying he decided to buy a lottery ticket from Gemini Market on Tecumseh Rd. on June 5 because he heard the jackpot was high.

"All my debt, including the house, my car and anything else can be paid off," says Reid. "Now that I've claimed my prize, the reality of being a millionaire is sinking in."

According to the OLG, Encore can be played in conjunction with most online lottery games for an extra dollar.
