Downtown Windsor Hit And Run

Windsor police are looking for a grey or light blue, late model, four-door vehicle, which they say hit two pedestrians on Wyandotte St. E. at Goyeau St. and took off.

The incident happened at 2:30am on Thursday, as a group of people were crossing Wyandotte St. E.

A 20-year-old man suffered serious, but not life-threatening, injuries, while another 20-year-old was treated on scene by paramedics.

Police say the vehicle was travelling east on Wyandotte St. and had been swerving into the westbound lanes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
