Little Libraries Coming To Leamington

Take-a-book-leave-a-book stands are going up at four Leamington parks.

The Little Libraries are being put up and supervised by the Rotary Club.

Mayor John Paterson says it's supposed to encourage residents to read more, and maybe get them interested in libraries again. "It's hard to say what's going to happen. It's a sharing kind of thing, it's free, so who knows. It should have some positive effect."

The Little Libraries will look like big wooden mail boxes or bird houses, and are expected to be filled with books for all ages.
