INSTANT Winner Feeling Lucky

A Windsor man has big plans for money that he won playing an INSTANT scratch ticket.

Web designer Wayne Last won $75,000 on INSTANT Scrabble.

"I had a feeling I was going to win something big. My Internet went down. I couldn’t work. So I decided to play a few INSTANT games to pass the time,” says Last. "I’m going to buy a new car, invest and start my own business."

The winning ticket was purchased at East Windsor Convenience Store on Lauzon Rd. in Windsor.
