The Windsor Police Service says the man went missing on Saturday around 6:30am, in the area of N Talbot Rd. and Walker Rd.
Police and family were concerned for his welfare.
He has since been located safe.
SPS Board Chair Kelly Ash confirmed they are aware of the criminal investigation, but said she couldn't provide much of a comment.
