Spits Host Otters In OHL Opener

The Windsor Spitfires open the OHL regular season tonight when they host the Erie Otters.

Associate coach Trevor Letowski says it's exciting to finally play some games that count in the standings.

"We've been grinding here in the exhibition schedule, it's always tough, guys being away at (NHL) camps and we had a few suspensions," says Letowski. "We were down on our numbers but it was an evaluation process and we're ready to go for real."

Puck drop at the WFCU Centre is set for 7:05pm.
