Spitfires Fall To Wolves

The Windsor Spitfires dropped a 3-1 game to the Sudbury Wolves in OHL action on Friday.

The Wolves took an early 1-0 lead in the first period and extended it to 2-0 in the second. The Spitfires made it onto the board with one goal in the third, but Sudbury ensured their win with a third goal before the end of the final frame.

Gabriel Vilardi scored Windsor's only goal.

The Spits take on the London Knights next on Sunday at 2:05pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
