LaSalle Police Investigating Deceased Worker

No foul play is suspected after a man was found dead in his work truck.

LaSalle police say the man in his mid-20s is from Windsor.

Police found the man unresponsive in a Tamar Building truck on Maple Ave. in LaSalle at around 2:30pm Tuesday.

The man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Ministry of Labour is conducting a joint investigation with LaSalle police, Constable Harbinder Gill says.

A post-mortem is expected to be conducted today and samples will be sent to a toxicology lab.

The name of the deceased isn't being released at this time.
