Spitfires Down Otters

Christian Fischer led the Windsor Spitfires to a 6-4 victory over the Erie Otters on Saturday.

It was a back and forth game with Windsor repeatedly gaining a one point lead and Erie scoring shortly after to tie things up. The Otters scored a goal half way through the third period to tie the game for the fourth time, but the Spits were able to score two unanswered goals before the buzzer to earn the win.

Fischer led Windsor with a hat trick, while Bradley Latour, Cole Carter and Jalen Chatfield each scored one.

The Spitfires return to the ice on Sunday to take on the Guelph Storm at 6pm.
