Spitfires Blank Storm

The Windsor Spitfires shutout the Guelph Storm 4-0 in OHL action on Sunday.

After a scoreless first period, the Spits gained a 3-0 advantage in the second, and extended their lead with one final unanswered goal in the third.

Jalen Chatfield, Aaron Luchuk, Cristiano DiGiacinto and Logan Stanley all scored one goal for Windsor.

The Spitfires will take on the Mississauga Steelheads next on Friday at 7:30pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
