DWBIA Hosts Hospital Town Hall

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association invites the public to a town hall meeting Wednesday night to talk about the future of the former Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital.

The hospital was renamed the Ouellette Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital under local hospital reorganization two years ago.

The association has also invited Windsor Regional Hospital CEO David Musyj, Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare CEO Janice Kaffer and co-chair of the Planning and Services Steering Committee David Cooke. It wants to know more about plans to re-purpose the downtown campus and how it will affect businesses and residents living along Ouellette Ave.

The meeting, at Riverfront Hotel on Riverside Dr. W, starts at 6pm and is expected to last about two hours.
