The LaSalle Fire Service says firefighters were called to the garage fire on Huron Church Rd. around 9pm on Friday.
Fire crews were on scene for over an hour to extinguish hot spots after the fire was out.
The cause of the blaze and a damage estimate are unknown at this time.
LaSalle police have closed Huron Church Rd. between Sandwich West Pkwy. to Cousineau Rd. while firefighters are at the scene.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
