Windsor police's Emergency Services Unit along with the provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement division executed an arrest warrant in east Windsor Tuesday morning.

With guns drawn the units surrounded a home in the 1600 block of Clover Avenue.

"Lights, sirens come on the pick up truck that's behind here and the announcement that he's serving a warrant and he wanted everybody out of the house," says neighbour Bob Turpin

Witnesses say four people were taken out of the house. Windsor police confirm three men were arrested including a 31-year-old Windsor man wanted on an outstanding robbery warrant.
