UPDATE: County Rd. 42 Reopens After Crash

One person has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a two vehicle collision on County Rd. 42 and Lakeshore Road 105.

The crash between a passenger vehicle and a transport truck happened around 10:15 Monday night.

County Rd. 42 between Patillo Rd. and Lakeshore Rd. 107 will remain closed for several hours as the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators conduct their investigation.

The area fully reopened just before 6am Tuesday.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
