Police Investigate Possible Shots Fired

Windsor police are investigating an incident on College Ave. that may have involved gunshots.

Officers were called to a disturbance at an apartment building in the 1900-block around 6:35am, but when they arrived, there was no one at the scene.

They're investigating the possibility someone fired gunshots.

Meanwhile, investigators are also looking into the possibility of injuries from the incident. A person arrived at the hospital with a non-life threatening stab wound, and police believe it's connected to the incident on College Ave. However, the victim isn't cooperating with police.

The investigation is ongoing.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
