Leamington Fire Fighting Blaze

Leamington firefighters have a blaze on Oak St. E under control.

The fire broke out around 1:30pm this afternoon. Leamington fire officials estimate damage to the house at $150,000. The blaze was caused by careless cooking.

Two people have been sent to hospital with minor injuries.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
