Reidel To Run Enwin

The new CEO of the Enwin group of companies is Helga Reidel.

Reidel is the current CAO of the City of Windsor whose contract expires in March of 2016. She has held the position for six and half years.

"Contracts are set for a certain point in time to all renewal, refreshment. The job of CAO in the city is a busy one, it is very demanding and I think it's important that it actually turn over and recycle," says Reidel.

Mayor Drew Dilkens says he would like to hire the new CAO internally among the current senior leadership staff.

Reidel says her first order of business at Enwin will be to develop a new strategic plan for the company moving forward.

"I get to do something different and sink my teeth into one industry sector that has a lot of dramatic change going on and is pretty exciting," says Reidel.
