Crews responded to the collision just after midnight on Manning Rd. near County Rd. 42.
Tecumseh fire officials say the crash involved a rollover, with one person being extricated from a vehicle.
Fire officials say that person was later taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
