Amherstburg Crash Hospitalizes Two

Two people are being rushed to hospital after a crash at Howard Ave. and Alma St. in Amherstburg on Monday night.

Responding firefighters needed to rescue one of the victims who was trapped in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.

The extent of the injuries are unknown at this time.

Alma St. and Howard Ave. are expected to be closed for some time as authorities investigate the scene.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
