Shooting Victim Improves In Hospital

An official at Windsor Regional Hospital says a 35-year-old man shot last Thursday is now in serious condition.

Vice-president of public affairs and communications, Ron Foster says Greg Henriquez's condition improved from critical condition.

Windsor police still have not released the name of a second victim, a 30-year-old man who died after reports of gunfire at 187 Oak St.

An investigator with the Major Crimes Unit says the investigation is ongoing.

One man faces murder and attempted murder charges in the incident. Dia'Eddin Hanan's next court appearance is by video on Thursday.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
