Express Can't Weather The Storm

The Windsor Express lost their second game in a row, falling 107-102 to the Island Storm on Friday.

The Express trailed the Storm 28-26 at the end of the first quarter, and remained behind 56-52 at halftime. Despite being down four points at the end of the third, the Express were able to make it a back and forth final frame. Windsor ultimately scored a 101-99 lead with 1:03 left in the game, but couldn't maintain the advantage, falling with a five point deficit.

Chris Commons led Windsor with 31 points and 11 rebounds.

The Express will face the Orangeville A's at the WFCU Centre on Sunday at 2pm.
