UPDATE. County Rd. 22 Reopens

County Rd. 22 has fully reopened following a three-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning.

OPP blocked eastbound and westbound traffic along County Rd. 22 between Banwell Rd. and Manning Rd. for several hours from 6:40am until about 12:15pm.

Lesperance Rd. was also closed at the intersection of County Rd. 22 while repairs were being made.

Police say the multi-vehicle collision caused one car to strike and knock down a traffic light.

One person has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
