UPDATE: Abandoned Home Catches Fire Again

For the second time in the last six months, a fire has broken out at an Elm Ave. address in Windsor.

While the blaze is now out, fire crews remain at the scene of 512 Elm Ave. where the fire started around 7am.

Fire officials say the blaze started on the exterior of the house.

Firefighters responded to a blaze at the same abandoned house back in October.
