UPDATE: Suspicious Container Found At Gas Station

A Windsor police investigation of a suspicious container at the Canadian Tire gas bar on Tecumseh Rd. E. has resulted in no charges.

The container had a funnel sticking out of it, according to police officials, and the caller told officers it looked like a wick.

Windsor police received the call at around 10am on Thursday and roped off the gas station, just east of Lauzon Rd.

The scene has since been cleared.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
