Call Centre Hiring 200 Full-Time Employees

A Windsor call centre is adding 200 full-time jobs over the next two months.

HGS Canada at Tecumseh Mall is nearly fulfilling a plan to hire 600 people that they announced back in January.

VP of Human Resources Allison Till says this will bring the total staff to about 550, up from the current 350 employees.

"At HGS we take what we do very seriously, but we know how to have fun as well. I would encourage people to come out, take a look at HGS and see what we have to offer," Till says.

The starting salary is $11.50/hr or $13.50/hr for those who speak both English and French.

A high school diploma is required and a background in customer service is preferred, Till says.

Interested applicants can apply online.
