Windsor crews responded to the fire at 6855 Charlie Brooks Crt. just before 12pm.
After searching and ventilating the home, firefighters were able to quickly get the blaze under control.
Damage is pegged at around $75,000.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
