Leamington's Ontario Works Office Moves

Central 33, formerly known as The Princess Centre, is the new home of the City of Windsor's Ontario Works office in Leamington.

The former Employment and Social Services office at 215 Talbot St. is closed, but the new location at a multi-service hub that also houses the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society and the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit will be fully functional on April 18.

Until then, residents can call 519-946-9988 for service. For urgent matters during the closure, call the Windsor Ontario Works office at 519-255-5200. There will also be a drop off box at the pharmacy on the first floor at 33 Princess St.

"This initiative has been a long time in the making," says Community Development and Health Commissioner Jelena Payne. "It demonstrates the good things that can happen when community partners come together."
