Three Taken To Hospital After Nine-Vehicle Crash

Police are investigating after a multi-vehicle crash sent three people to hospital in Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says on Friday just after 2pm, nine vehicles, including a transport truck, collided on Walker Rd. near Division Rd.

Three people were taken to hospital following the crash, but police say their injuries are non-life threatening.

Police say property damage caused by the collision is estimated at around $100,000 or more.

Walker Rd. was closed at the scene of the crash while emergency crews were at the scene. The road was reopened around 4pm.

No charges have been laid at this time but police say the investigation is ongoing.
