Vehicle Crashes Into Hydro Pole

Southbound traffic is being rerouted on Ojibway Pkwy. after multi-vehicle crash.

Windsor police tell BlackburnNews.com one of the vehicles involved is up against a hydro pole near Sprucewood Ave.

With the hydro lines along Ojibway Pwky. representing a major artery of the power system, police say it will take eight hours for crews to fix issues with the poles.

There were no injuries in the crash. Police are rerouting SB traffic via Weaver Rd. until further notice. Northbound traffic isn't being affected.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
