UPDATE: OFM Investigates Wyandotte St. E Fire

Damage in a fire on Wyandotte St. E. in Windsor, between Parent Ave. and Marentette Ave., is pegged at $1.1-million.

Investigators from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal are now on the scene, working to determine what caused the blaze at Downtown Auto Service and Le Chef Restaurant.

It started just after 8am Monday and officials say hot spots were finally put out early Tuesday afternoon.

No one was injured.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
