Walkerville Night Market Expanding

Windsor's Walkerville Night Market is expanding to include weekly "mini-markets."

The event is held monthly, but starting this year a weekly addition featuring fresh produce and arts and crafts will be held every Friday.

This year's monthly event also includes Artists Alley as a licensed area.

The first event of the year is Friday, May 27 from 5pm to 10pm. The final market is in September.

Over the past two years, 25,000 people have attended the monthly event.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
