Downtown Farmers Market in New Location

The Downtown Windsor Farmers Market kicks off its new season Saturday in a new location.

This year the farmers market will be located on Pelissier St. and Maiden Lane. In previous years the market was in Charles Clark Square on Park. St.

"The new location will establish Pelissier St. and Maiden Lane as important public gathering spaces," said DWBIA Chair Larry Horwitz. "The Farmers Market will significantly contribute to the vibrancy and vitality of the neighbourhood and will engage more residents, visitors and businesses."

The market features locally grown produce, unique artisan food products, arts and crafts vendors and entertainment. It will operate every Saturday from 8am to 1pm until October 8.
