Teen Arrested For Kennedy High School Threat

A teen believed to be responsible for making a threat of violence at Kennedy high school has been arrested.

Windsor police say they were called to the school Wednesday at around 6:45pm.

A threat, found written on the property within the school, was made against Kennedy Collegiate for Thursday.

Police identified a male suspect believed to be responsible and arrested a 14-year-old.

He has been charged with uttering threats and mischief. The teen has been released back to his parents and will not be named.

There will be an increased police presence at Kennedy today to ease any concerns, officials say.
