Cause Undetermined In Langlois Fire

Fire officials in Windsor say the cause of a house fire on the city's near east side is listed as undetermined.

The fire started on a couch in the basement of the home on Langlois Ave. between Giles Blvd. E and Erie St. E after 4pm Saturday. It was out within an hour.

No one was hurt, but one person is displaced.

The fire caused $75,000 damage.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
