3 Local Men Face Numerous Theft Charges

Three men accused of "causing havoc" in two local neighbourhoods have been arrested by the OPP.

Police began investigating numerous complaints of vehicle thefts and items being taken from open garages in April.

The OPP says those crimes took place in various neighbourhoods throughout Lakeshore and Tecumseh.

Following an extensive investigation, three men have been arrested.

A 24-year-old from Windsor, 27-year-old from Lakeshore and 23-year-old from LaSalle all face numerous counts of possession of stolen property.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
