Suspicious Person Targeting High Schoolers

Windsor police are looking for a suspicious man, who they say offered a couple of high school students a ride.

The students told officers that they were approached by a man while waiting for a bus on Tecumseh Rd. E. at Drouillard Rd. around 8:30am, Tuesday.

The man asked what school the students went to and made conversation with two girls, prying for personal information. Police say he also blocked the door to the city bus once it arrived and offered to give them a ride.

The students got on the bus and eventually arrived at Kennedy High School before spotting the man standing in the area.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, between 45 and 50-years-old with a heavy build, short hair, wide nose and a thin black moustache.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.
