Guns Stolen In Canadian Tire Break-In

Windsor police say forensic investigators are at the Canadian Tire on Walker Rd. after guns were stolen in a break-in early this morning.

Police admit it's still very early in the investigation, but say the break-in at the store in the 4100-block was just before 4am Wednesday.

The store has to take inventory before police know how many were taken, but one police official says it appears the thief grabbed a number of guns and dropped some on the way out of the store.

So far, investigators don't have a description of the suspect or suspects, but more information is expected later today.
